Bankers Challenge is one of MBA’s most dynamic and engaging learning and networking events, bringing together banking professionals from across Maryland for spirited competition, team-building, and meaningful professional engagement. Through a variety of inclusive activities—such as lunch & learn, pickleball, cornhole, fishing, and golf—participants collaborate, strengthen connections, and build lasting relationships across the banking community outside the office. There is something for everyone at Bankers Challenge, with the day culminating in an awards reception to celebrate achievements and continue connecting in a relaxed, collegial atmosphere.
