This two session program will provide the participants with Treasury Management product and service perspectives to aid in new business development and product delivery. We will review current industry trends, emerging products, and the quickly changing cast of competitors. The sessions will be interactive and participants will be encouraged to “go off script” when necessary to ensure that everyone receives the full benefit of the program. Expect to join in “poll” questions and a brief “homework” assignment for the second session.
The sessions are geared towards all bank business development and Treasury Management sales staff including; branch managers, commercial lenders, business development officers and others who are responsible for new business client growth and relationship expansion.
